How long does standard shipping take?

We are based in Brisbane, standard shipping is between 1-6 business days within Australia. Please see below estimated delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping per State:

QLD: 2-5 business days.
NSW, ACT &VIC 3-5 business days.
SA: 4-6 business days.
TAS: 5-6 business days.
NT: 7-10 business days.
WA: 7-11 business days.

How long does express shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within one business day. Please see below estimated delivery timeframes for Express Shipping per State:

QLD  1-2 business days.
NSW, ACT, SA, VIC & TAS: 2-3 business days.
NT: 3-4 business days.
WA: 3-5 business days.

Why can't I choose express shipping or qualify for Free shipping over $200 in the checkout?
Express shipping is only available for orders that do not contain a Fragrance Reed Diffuser or Luxury Car Diffuser, as these products cannot be sent via Express Post or via Standard postage. Orders that do not contain these items will display the option of standard or express shipping in the checkout.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards. Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments, Google Pay,  Apple Pay or PayPal, and are encrypted for your safety.

All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. 

 

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

 

When will my order be sent?

Orders are dispatched within one business day

All of our products are proudly made in Brisbane, Australia! Using locally and internationally sourced materials

 

How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email lydiamhilton@gmail.com

I've received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?
Please email lydiamhilton@gmail.com with information and/or images detailing the issue and someone from our customer service team will be in touch.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with a store credit or exchange which has no expiry date. 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days for Australian orders and 30 days for international orders. Once the return is received, please expect up to 3- 5 business days to process your return into an exchange or store credit.


We accept returns provided products are unopened and unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email lydiamhilton@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.

Refunds or Store credits will NOT be issued for the cost of any eBook purchases after purchase/digital delivery. 

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wash/wear
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • No stains/hairs/odours
  • Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. 

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia.
