Delivery
We process and deliver products Australia wide Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm (AEST/ AEDT). To read more about delivery options and costs, see our FAQ page. Orders received outside these hours will be processed the following business day..
Once we have accepted, processed and packed your order, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number. Please allow at least 1 working day for the tracking information to be updated.
Delivery estimates given are indicative delivery times only and we cannot guarantee delivery timing, including for large orders or due to reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses, liabilities or costs you incur arising out of late or delayed delivery.
Our delivery partners will deliver your order using the name, address and telephone details you provide us with when completing your order. We are not liable for any mis-delivery due to inaccurate delivery details provided by you.
How long does standard shipping take?
We are based in Brisbane, standard shipping is between 1-6 business days within Australia. Please see below estimated delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping per State:
QLD: 2-5 business days.
NSW, ACT &VIC 3-5 business days.
SA: 4-6 business days.
TAS: 5-6 business days.
NT: 7-10 business days.
WA: 7-11 business days.

How long does express shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within one business day. Please see below estimated delivery timeframes for Express Shipping per State:
QLD 1-2 business days.
NSW, ACT, SA, VIC & TAS: 2-3 business days.
NT: 3-4 business days.
WA: 3-5 business days.

Why can't I choose express shipping or qualify for Free shipping over $200 in the checkout?
Express shipping is only available for orders that do not contain a Fragrance Reed Diffuser or Luxury Car Diffuser, as these products cannot be sent via Express Post or via Standard postage. Orders that do not contain these items will display the option of standard or express shipping in the checkout.
Delivery of Fragrance Reed Diffusers and Luxury Car Diffuser products
Due to freight regulations, some products including our range of Fragrance Reed Diffusers and Luxury Car Diffuser products are ineligible for express and free over $70 * delivery. These products may only be shipped using a courier service and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or post office.
If you miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a notification card and re-attempt the following working day. The courier will attempt delivery of the order on 2 consecutive working days, unless they are instructed by the nominated recipient or a member of our Customer Service Team to hold for a future delivery date. Should the courier be unable to complete delivery after the 2 attempts have been made, your order will be returned to us If this happens, we reserve the right to charge you again for any return and re-send costs that we incur. Please note that requests to change delivery address will need to be made via email to lydiamhilton@gmail.com.
